The Story

A ritual, not a treatment.

Cat-Astrophic Diva is woman-veteran-owned and was built at a kitchen table — the literal one, with the laptop pushed to the side of the cutting board.

These books started as a personal system. A month of meals, written out in advance and built to re-run, because deciding what to eat at six o'clock had become the hardest part of the day. The rotations were re-cooked until they held. The grocery lists were re-walked until every brand on them was one we'd actually buy. Then the whole thing was set in type like a $60 chef's book, because a system you're going to keep for thirty days should look like something worth keeping.

We are careful about what we claim, and deliberately so. Nothing here treats, cures, or prevents anything. There are no before-and-after photographs and no promised numbers. What is on offer is structure: the meals decided, the list written, the day given a shape. Whether that structure serves you is your call to make, ideally with your own clinician in the room.

The honesty framing runs through the pages too. Macros are printed as they are. Supplement suggestions come with their reasoning attached and the word optional next to them. The full safety screening lives inside the workbook, before the first rotation, because it belongs there rather than in a footnote.
