What we collect

Email addresses you give us voluntarily — through the newsletter form, a notify-me form, or when you ask us to send your quiz result.

Quiz answers and results: the kitchen you chose, your yes/no answers, your track scores, calorie tier and template code. If you ask us to email your result, that email address is stored alongside it.

Basic, cookie-free page analytics: the page path you visited, the referring website, and a timestamp. No cookies, no device fingerprinting, no names, no IP profiling.

Why we collect it

To send you the result you asked for, to run the monthly reset newsletter, and to understand which pages readers actually use so we can improve them.

How it's stored

Submissions are stored in a managed, access-controlled database. Records are write-only from the website: the public site can add an entry but cannot read anyone's entries back.

We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent or trade email addresses or quiz answers. We share data only with the service providers required to run the site and send email, and only to the extent needed to do that job.

Cookies and third-party analytics

Our own analytics use no cookies at all. If advertising pixels (for example the TikTok pixel) are enabled in future, they may set their own cookies and record page views and button clicks under their own privacy policies. This page will state clearly when any such pixel is active.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may request a copy of, or the deletion of, anything we hold about you at any time — just email us and we'll take care of it.
