Everything sold here is a digital download — PDF workbooks and a PDF journal. Nothing is shipped physically. Delivery happens through the checkout provider immediately after purchase.

Personal-use license

Your purchase grants you a non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print a copy for yourself.

You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, teach from commercially, or create derivative products from any part of the files without written permission.

Refunds

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. If a file fails to download or arrives corrupted, email us and we will replace it.
